Aloravita – Community Builder Guidelines

Development within Aloravita will occur in 4 phases in both southern and northern parcels. On October 13, 2017 Shea Homes closed on the purchase of 29 acres of land located at 75th Avenue and Jomax Rd in north Peoria and construction of model homes is set to start in 3rd quarter of 2018. The homebuilder plans to create 124 single family homes in this new Shea Homes community, will range in size from 2,000 to 3,600 sqft and expect to be available for sale in early 2019. Shea Homes, along with Pulte and Taylor Morrison are involved in the upcoming Aloravita master planned community.
